STEP 01Requirement Communication
Engage in in-depth discussions with clients to identify specific audio power amplifier requirements, covering power output, channel configuration, sound quality preferences (warm/bright/neutral), application scenarios (home, professional, studio), budget constraints, and special features (Bluetooth, network playback).
-
STEP 02Scheme Design
Develop detailed circuit schematics and PCB layouts based on client needs. Select the core (e.g., Class AB, Class H, or Class D) and design the amplifier's physical structure, including chassis dimensions, material, shape, and front/rear interface layouts.
-
STEP 03Assembly and Debugging
Fabricate samples per approved designs. Post-assembly, conduct initial debugging by verifying circuit connections and measuring key node voltages/currents to ensure operational compliance with design specifications.
-
STEP 04Performance Testing
Utilize professional audio equipment to comprehensively evaluate amplifier performance, including rated power, peak power, frequency response, distortion, SNR, and damping factor. Compare test results against design benchmarks.
-
STEP 05Packaging and Delivery
Safely package fully tested and approved power amplifiers for shipment.
